Saunders is launching a new brand promise as a two-year campaign that builds real brand resonance — so when clients think Saunders, they picture a consistent set of visuals and messaging. The brand standards (colors, fonts, logo mark) are already finalized; what's missing is a reusable graphics system that applies them.

With recent workforce reductions, the marketing team has less capacity to build assets from scratch, and consistency suffers when every post, ad, and deck is rebuilt by hand. This package delivers a templated kit the team can reuse for years across LinkedIn, Instagram, advertising, qualifications, and presentations — so they move faster, stay on-brand, and stop reinventing the wheel.

The same structure your prior agency used: prove the direction on social first, then build out the full suite once it's approved. Reviews run on a one-to-two-week cadence, targeting an early-August launch.

  2. 02 Two directionsAnchored on social Develop two design directions built on the social media templates, plus a couple of example assets (e.g., an ad layout) — not the full suite yet. You pick one.
  3. 03 RefinePer revision tier Rounds of revisions on the selected direction (2 or 3, depending on option) until it's right.
  4. 04 Build & hand offTarget launch · early August Extend the approved direction across all deliverables and hand off editable source files in your tools, ready for the team to use.

All three options deliver the full reusable system. They differ in volume of social templates, revision rounds, brand extras, and — at the top tier — an AI-powered brand build your team can run themselves.

  • PowerPoint — 5–6 slide layouts of your choice (title, stats, etc.)

  • Bonus: Facebook post + reuse templates included at no charge

Option 3 AI-Powered Brand System

Everything in Option 2, plus an AI-enabled build so your team generates on-brand assets themselves:

  • AI-created brand templates stood up in up to 2 platforms you define (e.g., Claude Design, Adobe Firefly, Canva, Higgsfield)
  • Brand Kit configured in those platforms — colors, fonts, logo, patterns, and promise wording wired in as reusable presets
  • Team training on generating on-brand social posts, ads, decks, and quals within your standards — no rebuilding from scratch

POLR AI provides

All design, production, and delivery scoped in the selected option, executed with our creative director partner. Brennan Gerle as the single point of accountability and communication throughout.

Saunders provides

Final brand-promise selection (July), brand standards and the top-two promise wording (already shared), and consolidated feedback within each review round. Teena Bergstrand as the approver.

Ownership

On final payment, Saunders owns all delivered templates and source files. Work beyond the selected scope is billed hourly at $185/hr.
